SLIB CARES GRANT AWARD
Executive Summary: In 2020 the State Lands and Investment Board (SLIB) allocated CARES funding to the Town of Jackson to support un-budgeted COVID related expenses. The Town of Jackson contacted Teton County School District #1 in late 2020 to make a portion of those funds available to the District. SLIB approved the sub-recipient grand award of this funding allocation in the amount of $216,861. These funds will cover expenses related to installation of touchless faucets in all school building bathrooms. Note: legal review of the grant agreement is pending.
Suggested Action: I move to approve the SLIB CARES Sub-Recipient Grant Award from the Town of Jackson in the amount of $216,861, pending any minor modification deemed necessary by legal counsel.

SCHWABACHER MEADOWS PROPERTY LEASE RIDER

CONSENT AGENDA ITEM
ALTA FIREHOUSE LEASE AGREEMENT
Executive Summary: In October 2017 TCSD #1 signed an agreement to lease the property located at 15 Alta School House Lane for use by Teton County Search and Rescue. The County is requesting an extension of two years as outlined in the original lease agreement. Staff recommends an extension of 20 months, rather than 24 months. The intent of the shorter lease period allows the District to align all lease agreements to a July 1 renewal. Staff has consulted with Teton County. They are amenable to this slight adjustment to their original extension request.
Suggested Action: I move to approve the extension of the Alta Firehouse Lease Agreement with Teton County effective October 1, 2021-June 30, 2023, as presented.
