ACTION ITEM

JHMS ADDITION AND RENOVATION PROJECT

Executive Summary: After receiving and evaluating two bids, the JHMS Addition and Renovation Committee recommends award of bid to Century Contractors Inc as the lowest bidder as well as providing a construction schedule that most closely aligns with the District's original proposed schedule. The attached state contract will be updated with the bidders information and executed by Wyoming's State Construction Department. Construction is scheduled to begin in May.
