I move to approve the Special Purpose Excise Tax (SPET) Memorandum of Understanding between TCSD #1 and the Town of Jackson and Teton County as presented.

MOU WITH TOWN AND COUNTY

 

Executive Summary: The following memorandum of understanding between the Town of Jackson, Teton County, and TCSD #1 allows for TCSD #1 to be on the SPET Ballot this upcoming November for funding for Housing and the Bronc Achievement Center.

I move to approve the Special Purpose Excise Tax (SPET) Memorandum of Understanding between TCSD #1 and the Town of Jackson and Teton County as presented from Legal Counsel with the blue and red changes along with any other changes as deemed necessary by legal counsel.
