THEN AMAYA WAS ALSO A STATE CHAMPION IN THE 100 BACKSTROKE, AND THEN OUR 400 FREESTYLE RELAY STATE CHAMPIONS VARSITY RECORD. LET ME THINK, AMAYA WAS FIRST, AMAYA OLIVIERI, NORAH WILSON, VEGA SANCHEZ, MAREN TATTERSALL, AND THEY WERE STATE CHAMPIONS. I CAN'T REMEMBER IF I SAID THAT OR NOT. EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL MEET LITERALLY FROM FIRST PLACE TO FOURTH PLACE WAS 13 POINTS. WE WERE SECOND PLACE BY 10 POINTS, WE WERE TWO POINTS AHEAD OF THE THIRD-PLACED TEAM AND THREE POINTS AHEAD OF THE FOURTH-PLACED TEAM. PROBABLY THE CLOSEST, CERTAINLY WE ARE IN THE TOP FOUR STATE MEETS IN HISTORY OF SWIMMING IN WYOMING. THEY REALLY PULLED IT ON, HAD A GREAT MEET AND IT WAS FANTASTIC. AS BENNETT MENTIONED, I'M JJHS'S AP COORDINATOR AND HAVE BEEN IN THAT ROLE FOR THREE YEARS. PRIOR TO BECOMING AN ADMINISTRATOR, I HAD THE PLEASURE OF TEACHING AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AT JJHS FOR SIX YEARS. THIS AP REPORT CELEBRATES THREE AREAS, COLLEGE CULTURE, COLLEGE CREDIT, AND COLLEGE OPTIMIZATION. JJHS MET THE GOLD-LEVEL CRITERIA FOR COLLEGE CULTURE BY HAVING 71% OF OUR GRADUATING STUDENTS LAST YEAR TAKE AT LEAST ONE AP COURSE DURING THEIR TIME AT JJHS. WE ALSO MET THE GOLD-LEVEL CRITERIA FOR COLLEGE CREDIT WITH 48% OF OUR GRADUATING CLASS FALLING THREE OR HIGHER ON ONE OR MORE AP EXAMS. JJHS MET THE PLATINUM-LEVEL CRITERIA FOR COLLEGE OPTIMIZATION, WITH 18% OF GRADUATING STUDENTS TAKING FIVE OR MORE APS, INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE, THEIR 9TH OR 10TH GRADE YEAR. IN MY OPINION, ALL OF THESE AREAS ARE WORTHY OF CELEBRATION AND SUPPORT STUDENT'S POST-SECONDARY SUCCESS. BUT I'M PARTICULARLY EXCITED ABOUT THE FIRST AREA, COLLEGE CULTURE. PART OF THE REASON I LOVE TEACHING AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE WAS THAT IT WAS AN AP COURSE WITHOUT A TON OF PREREQUISITES, ONE THAT A STUDENT WHO WANTED A CHALLENGE TO TAKE REGARDLESS OF THEIR PREVIOUS COURSE SEQUENCE. I HAD STUDENTS IN THAT CLASS THAT HAD OR WOULD GO ON TO TAKE MULTIPLE APS AT THE TIME IN JJHS AND STUDENTS WHO TOOK THAT CLASS AS THE ONLY AP ON THEIR TRANSCRIPT. I FIRMLY BELIEVE AND RESEARCH BACKS UP THAT MERE EXPOSURE TO AN AP CLASS IN HIGH SCHOOL SUPPORT STUDENTS' ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT AND COMPETENCE FOR THEIR FUTURE ENDEAVORS, SO I'M REALLY EXCITED THAT 71% OF OUR STUDENTS LAST YEAR HAD THAT OPPORTUNITY. IT'S GREAT THAT WE EXPOSE EVERYONE TO THE AP CLASSES. BUT I'M CONCERNED THAT MORE THAN HALF OF THE KIDS TAKING AP CLASSES FAIL TO MEET THAT MINIMUM THREE. EVERYONE SHOULD BE HITTING THAT THREE. IF YOU'RE NOT HITTING IT THE THREE, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN AN AP CLASS. THAT CONCERNS ME BECAUSE THEN YOU'RE ADVERSELY AFFECTING THEIR GPA. >> IT DOESN'T AFFECT, IT'S A SCORE. >> THE SCORE PART. BUT IF YOU CAN'T GET THAT THREE, THAT'S ALSO TELLING ME YOU DIDN'T YOU DIDN'T GET A GRADE PROBLEM. >> I DON'T NECESSARILY THINK THAT THOSE GO HAND IN HAND, FOR SURE. THE AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE TEST, FOR EXAMPLE, HAS A GENERALLY 50% PASS RATE FOR THE NATION. HALF OF THE KIDS THAT TAKE THE CLASS ACROSS THE COUNTRY DO NOT PASS THE AP TEST. THEY'RE STILL EXPOSED TO COLLEGE-LEVEL CURRICULUM MORE OFTEN THAN NOT IN MY CLASS AND IN THE CURRENT CLASS THERE. THEY PASS THE CLASS, MAYBE WITH A C OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. BUT I DO TRULY THINK IT'S STILL A VALUABLE EXPERIENCE. DO WE WANT OUR PASS RATES TO GO UP IN CLASSES FOR SURE, AND THAT'S SOMETHING THAT OUR TEACHERS WORK ON. >> RESEARCH TELLS US THAT IT'S STUDENTS WHO TAKE AN AP CLASS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND MAY SCORE TWO ARE FAR MORE LIKELY TO SUCCEED AT THE COLLEGE LEVEL THAN A STUDENT WHO DOESN'T TAKE THAT CLASS AT ALL. >> YOU DON'T KNOW THIS ABOUT ME. >> YES, SIR. >> CAN I GIVE YOU A FAIR WARNING? WE ALL KNOW THAT ALL THESE COMPANIES THAT MAKE TEXTBOOKS AND ALL THAT STUFF, IT SEEMS TO ME KIND OF IRAQ. I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED IF THERE IS NO, I DON T THINK OTHER OPTION, I MEAN, THERE'S NO COMPETITION. I MEAN, WE ARE A CAPITALIST COUNTRY. THERE SHOULD BE SOME COMPETITION IN THIS, RIGHT? BECAUSE I HAD TAKEN AP PSYCHOLOGY AND PASSED IT, I COULD MOVE IN IT TO MORE SPECIFIC CLASSES. LET'S SAY WE HAVE A STUDENT WHO MAYBE IS NOT THE BEST TEST TAKER, THAT THEY COMPLETE THE CLASS AND HE CWC STANDARDS, THEY'RE STILL AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN CONCURRENT FOR FREE AS WELL VIA MOOCS, NOT PERIPHERY. [LAUGHTER] SO IT'S A NICE COMBINATION. BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE AP CLASS, IT'S NOT ALL FROM WHAT I CALL, BUT THE MAJORITY, WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR A DISTRICT, THAT BOTH OF THOSE IN ONE FORCE. IF YOU GET A THREE, THAT ONLY DO YOU PLACE THE ADVANCED, BUT YOU ALSO EARN CONFIRMING IF IT'S A CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT CLASSES, NOT ALL ARE, BUT THE MAJORITY ARE. AT THE UPPER LEVEL, IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE PROGRAMMING FOR THE KIDS. INSTEAD, THEY'RE TAKING A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN ASSISTING IN PROGRAMMING. THE THREE FOCUS POINTS FOR THE GRANT ITSELF IS EQUITY, ACCESSIBILITY, AND SUSTAINABILITY. I'M NOT GOING TO READ THESE SLIDES, BUT OUR EFFORT HAS BEEN FOCUSED ON ALL THREE OF THOSE WE MADE. I THINK THE EQUITY PIECE IS ONE WHERE AS AN ENTIRE DISTRICT, LEARNING A GREAT DEAL MORE ABOUT WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS AND HOW TO ACHIEVE EQUITY. IT'S A BIG LEARNING PROCESS BUT ONE THING WE CAN DO IS BE INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT EVERYONE HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE. ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAD TO DO WAS GET RID OF THE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED RUSH TO SIGN FOR AFTER SCHOOL. THAT HAS MADE A WONDERFUL DIFFERENCE. WE ALSO, IN THIS FIRST SESSION, WE PRE-REGISTERED CHILDREN WHO HAD PARTICIPATED IN SUMMER SCHOOL. WE GAVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY. NOT ALL OF THEM TOOK IT, BUT THAT WAS ALL RIGHT. WE ALSO INCREASED THE PROGRAM TIME PREVIOUS YEAR. AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL, WE OFFERED A ONE HOUR PROGRAM AND NOW WE'RE OFFERING A TWO OUR PROGRAM. CHILDREN ARE PICKED UP AT 5:00 IN THE EVENING. IT IS FACILITATING PARENTS WORK SCHEDULES. IT PROVIDES FOR US AN OPPORTUNITY TO BROADEN THE ACTIVITIES THEMSELVES, GO A LITTLE DEEPER WITH SOME PROJECT-BASED EXPERIENCES. IT'S WORKING OUT VERY WELL. ONE OF THE WAYS THAT IF I CAN MOVE QUICKLY TO SUSTAINABILITY. I THINK ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT REALIZATIONS THIS YEAR IS THE TREMENDOUS ASSET THAT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THEMSELVES ARE, AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS AS MENTORS. THEY ALWAYS RISE TO THE OCCASION. I THINK BECAUSE IT'S PURPOSEFUL, IT'S MEANINGFUL, THEY FEEL A SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY. THE NEAR PEERS HAS BEEN AN EFFORT THAT I HAVE PUT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME INTO, BUT SO HAVE THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE I'VE WORKED WITH. WHO ARE, MRS. TC AND KEY CLUB LEAD AND NHS AND STUDENTS THEMSELVES WHO JUST COME TO ME TO SAY, "I'D LOVE TO BE PART OF THE PROGRAM". THANKS GO TO ALL OF THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE. THE OTHER PIECE THAT I AM REALIZING IS ENORMOUSLY HELPFUL AND I KNEW IT WOULD BE AFTER MY FIRST YEAR. WE ESTABLISHED SITE LEADERS IN EACH OF THREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, THE BIG ONES. THOSE INDIVIDUALS ASSIST ME IN REGISTRATION, BEING ON THE GROUND BECAUSE I FOUND THAT I COULDN'T BE IN THREE DIFFERENT BUILDINGS ALL AT SAME TIME. LET ME BACKUP SO I MAKE MORE SENSE. WE ARE PARTNERING WITH TLC AND JACKSON HOLE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM IN SOME REALLY EFFECTIVE WAYS. OUR FACILITIES ARE BEING USED SO IT JUST MAKES THINGS EASY. THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT IS MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN TO GET A BUS AND GET BACK TO COLTER. THAT HELPS FAMILIES A GREAT DEAL. THEN I LOVED NOTING THAT BOTH JACKSON HOLE HIGH SCHOOL AND SUMMIT, THE KIDS RISING TO THIS,18 MENTORS ARE VOLUNTEERING ON A WEEKLY BASIS SO THAT'S NOT JUST 18 KIDS RANDOMLY THEY ACTUALLY COME WEEK AFTER WEEK. I SURVEYED 140 PARENTS NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE. IT WAS A FABULOUS USE OF SWIFT REACH AND THEY RESPONDED SO FAST. IT WAS JUST WONDERFUL SO IT WAS A BRIEF SUMMARY OR A BRIEF SURVEY, I'M ONLY SHOWING YOU ONE SLIDE. THESE CATEGORIES ARE WHAT FALL UNDER WHAT WE IN THE AFTER-SCHOOL BUSINESS CALL QUALITY. IN ADDITION, I JUST WANTED TO GIVE THESE TO YOU QUICKLY. 46% OF THOSE WHO ENROLLED DID SO BECAUSE OF STUDENT INTERESTS, 30% BECAUSE THEY FOUND IT WAS A NEW ACTIVITY THAT WAS INTERESTING AND 20% FOR CHILDCARE. 92% OF THE STUDENTS, THEIR PARENTS REPORTED THAT STUDENTS WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED, 89% OF PARENTS SAID THAT THEY WOULD DEFINITELY REGISTER AGAIN, AND 11% SAY THEY WILL LIKELY REGISTER AGAIN SO PRETTY MUCH EVERYBODY WANTS TO REGISTER AGAIN. OF THOSE WHO DID NOT PARTICIPATE, 50% OF THEM SAID THAT THEY ALREADY HAD OPTIONS. 32% WERE WAITLISTED SO I THINK THIS IS DEMONSTRATING NEED [NOISE]. THIS IS SECTION 1B, SO THIS IS WHAT WE'RE IN RIGHT NOW ALL OVER THE VALLEYS. THERE'S AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF GLOVES BECAUSE IT ALSO INCLUDES OUR OUTLINE SCHOOLS, WHICH IS EXCITING. THIS PROGRAM IS A WONDERFUL VEHICLE FOR STUDENTS TO BE ENGAGED WITH OTHER STUDENTS BUT ALSO TO MEET THE WIDE VARIETY OF SERVICE HOURS THAT THEY NEED TO ACQUIRE OVER THE YEARS AND THEY'RE WORKING WITH YOUNGER CHILDREN AND YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BOTTOM-LEFT, THEY FEEL REALLY GOOD ABOUT THAT. I WAS NOT A PERSON THAT DID NOT HAVE SOME FLEXIBILITY AND I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT OUR SCHOOL TIMES, WHEN WE START AND LET KIDS OUT AT THREE O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, IT IS NO GOOD FOR LABOR IN THIS CENTURY. PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK AND IT IS DELUSIONAL TO THINK THAT ALL MOTHERS STAY HOME WITH THEIR KIDS AND CAN JUST HOP OUT OF THE EASY CHAIR FROM WATCHING THEIR AND GO GET THEIR KIDS IN THE AFTERNOON. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN TODAY, ESPECIALLY IN THIS TOWN. SO I THINK THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. MY KIDS WENT TO THAT STREET SCHOOL PROGRAM, THE PARKS AND RECS BUT I JUST WAS NOT GREAT. THEY ARE NOT EDUCATORS, WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO THEM. [OVERLAPPING] WELL, THEY DID THEY DID IT AND THAT WAS FINE BUT I WOULD HAVE SURE LIKED MY KIDS TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT WAS STIRRING THEM INTELLECTUALLY, LIKE THIS PROGRAM AND THERE IS OTHER THINGS TO DO. I REALLY THINK, AS YOU SAID KEITH, WE REALLY NEED TO WORK HARD TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN BECAUSE IT IS A LIFESAVER FOR PARENTS TO HAVE A GREAT PLACE WHERE THEIR CHILDREN ARE SAFE AND THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING. SO HOW DO WE ADAPT THAT TO OUR SPECIFIC PLACE IN JACKSON? THIS IS KIND OF UNIQUE TO ME. SO HOW DOES THAT LOOK LIKE, JUST AS IN TERMS OF JACKSON HALL? SCHOOL ROUTE AND THEN MAKING SURE THAT WE SUPPORT THEM. SO LOOKING AT THAT GOAL IN THAT CENTER OF THAT CIRCLE, EVERY GRADUATE IS LIFE READY, MAKING SURE WE KNOW THE WHAT, WHY, AND HOW WE DO THAT. SO ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO WE MET WITH RIDE AND THROUGH REVELATIONS, SOME OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES TO TALK ABOUT POSSIBLE IDEAS, JUST VERY CONCEPTUALLY AND WE HAVE ANOTHER MEETING PLANNED FOR THE 28TH, SO I AM JUST GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE VERY BEGINNING IDEAS OF THE PROJECT. >> SO THE FIRST THING WE TALKED ABOUT IN OUR PROJECT WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO COME UP WITH THIS PORTRAIT OF A GRADUATE, IS WHAT DOES OUR DISTRICT LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW? WHAT PROGRAMS? WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT THE DISTRICT DO WE HAVE THAT HELP OUR STUDENTS BE READY FOR LIFE? SO FIRST OF ALL, WE HAVE OUR ACADEMIC PROGRAMS MEDIATING WYOMING STATE STANDARDS. THE AP PROGRAM, WHICH IS VERY APT TO SEE SOME OF THE STATISTICS FOR THIS EVENING, AND SOME OTHER PROGRAMS AS WELL. I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE HIGH SCHOOL. WE HAVE FLEX PROGRAM, NUMEROUS ELECTIVES, INCLUDING THIS YEAR WE HAVE A CTE EXPLORERS PROGRAM, WHICH ALLOWS STUDENTS TO EXPLORE ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT THINGS WITHIN A CAREER TECH TO HELP THEM LEARN AND EXPLORE OPTIONS THERE, PEER TUTORING WITHIN THE HIGH SCHOOL, AS WELL AS THE MIDDLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, AND A WHOLE VARIETY OF EXTRA CURRICULARS, MANY OF WHICH WERE DISCOVERED. THAT'S KIND OF WHERE WE STARTED. AND IT'S A GOOD PLACE BECAUSE OVERALL, THE DISTRICT IS IN A GOOD PLACE, BUT IT CAN BE BETTER. SO WE WERE KIND OF BRAINSTORM. THE NEXT THING THAT WE TALKED ABOUT IS, WHAT SHOULD STUDENTS BE ABLE TO DO WHEN THEY GRADUATE? NOT JUST THINKING ABOUT CAN THEY DO ALGEBRA? CAN THEY READ A NOVEL? CAN THEY WRITE AN ESSAY? BUT OTHER THINGS AS WELL. SO WE'VE TALKED ABOUT STUDENTS SHOULD DEVELOP THEIR PASSIONS AND EXPLORE AND LEARN AND THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. DEVELOP THEIR CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS, BECOME EQUIPPED TO HANDLE WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT LIFE THROWS AT THEM. SOCIAL SKILLS; CAN THEY INTERACT WITH THEIR PEERS, THEIR TEACHERS AND THEIR COMMUNITY? AND OF COURSE, ALL THE OTHER STATE CURRICULUM THAT THEY HAVE TO MEET AS WELL. >> NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE. SO TIME IS DEFINITELY A VERY BIG LIMITING FACTOR THERE. ON TOP OF THAT, WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH OTHER STATE STANDARDS WHEN WE'RE THINKING ABOUT WHAT WE WANT STUDENTS TO DO AS A GRADUATE. SO IF WE DO WANT TO INTRODUCE OTHER PROGRAMS, WE REALIZED THAT WE HAVE TO BE COGNIZANT THAT WE DON'T INTERRUPT ANY EXISTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT EXIST. LASTLY, OUR RESOURCES. WE HAVE ONLY A SELECT AMOUNT OF STAFF, SELECT AMOUNT OF MONEY. AND SO WHEN WE GO AND WE THINK ABOUT, WHAT DO WE WANT A STUDENT, GRADUATES [INAUDIBLE] FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO LOOK LIKE? AND THEN THE KINDERGARTEN, ELEMENTARY LEVEL, MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL, AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL. THE THREE PILLARS [INAUDIBLE] UP WITH WERE LEARNING THE FUNDAMENTALS IN KINDERGARTEN AND OUR SCHOOL. EXPLORING YOUR SKILLS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND THEN IN HIGH SCHOOL, SCANNING THOSE SPECIFIC SKILLS THAT YOU HAVE PINPOINTED AS YOUR INTERESTS. WHICH I THINK IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT TO HOW WE VIEW IT NOW OR NOT WOULD WORK. WE EXTEND OUR SKILLS IN COLLEGE RATHER THAN HIGH SCHOOL. SO FROM OUR PERSPECTIVE AS STUDENTS, WE FOUND THAT ON TOP OF ALL THAT, WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO SAY, BY THE END OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, STUDENTS HAVE FOUNDATION TO GO AND EXPLORE THEIR PASSIONS. HERE ARE THINGS THAT I DON'T LIKE. AND HERE'S WHERE I WANT TO GO IN THE PATH I WANT TO TAKE IN HIGH SCHOOL. IN HIGH SCHOOL, WE BELIEVE THAT STUDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SAY, WOW, THESE ARE THE THINGS I'M PASSIONATE IN, THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO GO EXPLORE. THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO GO SPEND ADDITIONAL TIME IN AND REALLY PUT MY PASSION AND MY ENERGY INTO. AND SO THAT'S KIND OF OUR LOGIC BEHIND THAT. THIS IS THE INDEX THAT IS BUILT INTO THE MODEL THAT CALCULATES OUR REGIONAL COST ADJUSTMENT AND I AM GOING TO HAVE CHARLOTTE GO DOWN TO PAGE 4, THE REPORT IS POSTED IF YOU WANT TO GET MORE IN-DEPTH WITH IT. BUT WHEN WE LOOK AT THE WCLI, AS IT IS OFTEN REFERRED TO, THE WYOMING COST OF LIVING INDEX, THERE IS THE HEDONIC INDEX, THERE IS THE WYOMING COST OF LIVING INDEX, AND THEN THERE IS THE 100 OR LESS SPRINGS UP INTO 100 IN TOMORROW. SO THERE IS THREE DIFFERENT METHODOLOGIES THAT ARE USED AT THE CURRENT MOMENT. WHICHEVER ONE IS MOST BENEFICIAL TO THE COUNTY IS THE ONE THAT THEY USE AND THAT IS WHAT YOUR FUNDING IS BASED ON. OBVIOUSLY, THIS ONE IS THE MOST BENEFICIAL TO US, WHERE YOU SEE TETON COUNTY OR REGIONAL COST ADJUSTMENT IS AT 171%. BUT AGAIN, IN THE FOUNDATION MODEL, IT IS AN AVERAGE OF THREE YEARS SO THEY TAKE THE SECOND AND FOURTH QUARTER FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS AND MAKE IT AN AVERAGE. SO IN CALCULATING WHAT OUR RCA FOR NEXT YEAR'S MODEL WILL BE, IT WILL BE UP TO 167%, OUR CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 24 RCA IS AT 165. REMEMBER WE PASSED A COMPENSATION PACKAGE THAT PAYS OUT AT 168%, SO FISCAL YEAR 25 WILL GET REALLY CLOSE. I THINK WITH THE CURRENT LEGISLATION THAT IS PROPOSING THE ECA COST AT THE LEGISLATIVE LEVEL, WE WILL BE PRETTY FLAT WITH OUR FUNDING BECAUSE THAT'S THE INFLATIONARY INDEX THAT THEY USE TO ADJUST. LAST YEAR, THERE WAS A LEGISLATIVE BILL PRESENTED AT THE SESSION THAT PROPOSED THAT WE LOOK AT RCA SIMILAR TO THE WAY WE DO ADM, WHICH IS A ROLLING AVERAGE OF THE LAST THREE YEARS OR THE PRIOR YEAR, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT WITH THE RCA. WE DIDN'T HAVE FINANCE COMMITTEE THEN AND ALL OF THOSE PLUS THE OTHER COMMITTEES THAT YOU ALL ARE ON, BUT WE WERE ADVERTISING AND SETTING THEM UP EVERYTHING WAS LISTED IN BOARD DOCS AND THEN PRINCIPALS WERE ALSO IN THE COMMITTEE AND THEY WERE DURING THE DAY AND SO PRINCIPLES WILL BE COMING OVER FOR SOMETIMES IT WAS TWO HOURS OF A MEETING AND THEN GOT REHASHED AGAIN. BUT I WOULD EXPLAIN TO YOU IS THAT IT CAME AFTER EXPENDITURE OF A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY EVEN BEFORE I WAS IN BOARD FOR OUR GOVERNANCE WHO REALLY GAVE THE ADVICE TO DO THAT. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY EFFECTIVE BUT WHEN IT CAME TO SOME BOARD MEMBERS FEELING THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER COMMITTEE WAS DOING, WHICH WAS REALLY THE POINT.
